Size 6!!!

Today is #435 for me on my weight loss journey and Wow!!! I went shopping today because everyone (and by that I mean my hubby)kept telling me that my jeans were too big. So, I went to Old Navy today and bought a new pair of jeans!! Size 6, Yippee!!! I can not believe how far I have come. I started my weight loss journey a size 18 (16 if I didn't want to breath) and now a 6. I am so thankful to My Saviour, he helped me through this. God gives me strength only he can supply!! I started Zumba a month ago and I go 5 times a week. I love it. It is so much fun :) I only have 12 pounds to go!! I don't know that it has sunk in that I am not overweight anymore but it feels nice to know that I did it!! I put my mind and heart in it and I came out stronger and thinner on the other side!! Today Is One Year!!!

Today is My One Year anniversary on Weight Watchers. I have lost 67 pounds!! I started out needing to lose 81 so that means only 14 more pounds to meet my goal!! I am super excited. I feel amazing and can't believe how far I have come. I owe so much to my Best Friend Valerie!! She supported and loved me through this past year! She never gave up on me :) I thank God for the strength to keep going. He saw me through this and I could not have done it without him. I am looking forward to 2011!! It is going to be a great year!! I will reach my goal and then some :) Stay Tuned...............

50 Pounds Lost!!

50 Pounds!!

I have lost 50 pounds in just 7 months!! I feel so great and am super proud of myself! I only have 31 pounds to go and I will be at my goal. I am looking forward to hitting that mark. Life is really great right now! The church is growing leaps and bounds! We are seeing so many new faces and our Youth group is huge!! Casey and I will celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary on Monday August 2nd. Our children are healthy and so beautiful. I am so thankful to God for all the blessings and love in my life!!

Weight Loss and Kidney Stones

I have been so busy and sick the last month. My weight loss is still going great! I have lost 44 pounds!!! WOO-HOO!! I have been pretty sick though. On June 2nd I was in the ER and was diagnosed with a 4mm Kidney stone. Two days later I was admitted to the hospital for a 6mm Kidney stone and severe infection in my left kidney. They did surgery and placed a stint but could not remove the stone for fear the infection would get in my blood stream. I am having surgery tomorrow to remove the stint and stone. I am looking forward to not being in pain. It has been a really long month. Also, On Friday June 4th (same day I was admitted to the hospital) Casey's Papa passed away. It has been a Valley in our life but We are on our way back up to the mountain top! God will bring us through!!

36 pounds in 4 months!

So, It has been a while since my last post. We have been super busy and I am trying to keep up with everything. It has now been 4 months since I started Weight Watchers and I have lost 36 pounds! I am down two shirt sizes!! I am feeling great and am looking forward to hitting my goal! I have 45 pounds to go! It sounds like a lot but I am almost at my halfway mark and that feels wonderful! Hope to have time to post pictures soon! :)

It's Been 3 Months and......30 Pounds!!!!

It has officially been 3 months since my Weight Loss Journey began and I have lost 30 pounds and lowered my BMI 6 points. I am feeling so great. My clothes are just hanging on me. Casey has lost 24 pounds and is looking great!! I am so proud of him. He is amazing!! Tonight while I was getting ready for church I pulled out 2 pairs of pants thinking that they would fit.........ummmmm.....noooooo!!! They are huge now and I was stunned. Yippee!!! That is a wonderful feeling! I started out needing to lose 81 pounds to be at a healthy weight and now I only have 51 to go! It may sound like a lot still but I can see it is gonna happen!! I promise to post pictures soon!! Thanks for continuing to pray for me and support me!!
