Day 5 and I have lost 2 pounds!! I am really encouraged!! A group of ladies in the church have decided to work together and encourage each other!! I am so blessed to have them in my life!! Love you all!!
I am so thankful for you Kristal!! Thank you for encouraging me and always being so loving!! Your friendship is so important to me!! I love the fact that we don't have to see each other a lot but, when we do we just pick up where we left off!! God has blessed me with you!!

Woohoo!!!! It is so good to have a team to do this with! Some ladies in our church do this and they call themselves "WOW" a.k.a. "Word over Weight"!
