2 Months, 22 pounds!!!

My journey started 2 months ago and I have lost 22 Pounds!!! WOO-HOO!!! I feel wonderful!! I have lowered my Body Mass Index 4 points!! God has given me His Strength!! I can only do this through him!! Weight Watchers is working wonderful for me!! So looking forward to feeling better and better!!

20 pounds is right around the corner!!!

I am 6 weeks into my weight loss journey and I have lost 19 pounds!!! I am so excited! I could not do this without God. Casey has lost 18 pounds and he is feeling great. We are both working hard. It is so much easier to do this with him and the ladies in the church. All together the ladies have lost over 155 pounds! AMAZING!!!! We all continue to encourage one another. I really draw strength from them. They are all so amazing to me! More to come.............with pictures :)

16 pounds lost in 5 weeks!!

I have been so busy and have not had time to update my blog. But, Things are great here!! I have lost 16 pounds in 5 weeks and Casey has lost the same amount. I can take my jeans off without unbuttoning them. And Casey had to pull out his old ones(one size smaller). I am feeling really good and I am looking forward to losing 20 pounds, only 4 pounds to go!! Casey is feeling good as well. I will post pictures soon!!! Stay Tuned..............

3 Weeks, 12 pounds lost.

My weight loss journey began 3 weeks ago and today I have lost 12 pounds. My shirts are fitting different already! I am feeling really good and I am so happy to see the changes!! The Ladies group at church has lost a total of 107lbs together! That is so Amazing!! The support has been incredible!! Casey has lost 14 pounds. He is feeling really good as well. I am praising God through all of this! He is the one who has kept me going and I know this is possible because of him!! Stay Tuned................

2 Weeks, 8 pounds lost.

Today Marks 15 days and I have lost 8 pounds. Casey has lost 12. We are both really paying attention to what we are eating. I feel better and am so looking forward to seeing that magic number on the scale. I am so close to losing 10 lbs. and I can not wait to hit that mark!! Yeah!!! More to Come.............

Day 8, 6 pounds lost!

I marked my first week on this journey with losing 6 pounds! I am so happy and proud of myself! I have been keeping my journal and will not eat a thing without writing it down. I have been doing The Biggest Loser Boot Camp Workout and although I am sore, I feel so good!! I am inspired by the ladies in my church family doing this as well. All together we lost over 50 pounds since we began! (Some of them started before me) Casey has lost 6 pounds too!! He is watching what he is eating and counting points as well. I am super proud of him!!

Day 5, 2 pounds lost!!!!

Day 5 and I have lost 2 pounds!! I am really encouraged!! A group of ladies in the church have decided to work together and encourage each other!! I am so blessed to have them in my life!! Love you all!!

I am so thankful for you Kristal!! Thank you for encouraging me and always being so loving!! Your friendship is so important to me!! I love the fact that we don't have to see each other a lot but, when we do we just pick up where we left off!! God has blessed me with you!!

My Weight Loss Journey..................

I am starting my Weight Loss Journey. This is hard for me because before kids I never even thought about my weight. I was always skinny! I am starting Weight Watchers and will be counting my points, making a Journal of my daily food, and exercise. I am ready to feel better and look better. I have let it get out of hand and I know that!! While I am not Morbidly Obese I am obese and unhealthy! My goal is to lose 90lbs!! There I said it!! Whew!! That was hard to type!! I am embarrassed for my family and friends to see me. I never thought I would get this way! My husband says "oh, your just chubby" But I don't want to be chubby!! I want to be healthy and feel pretty again! I have partners on this journey with me and need them to keep me on track! I will update and post pictures as my journey progresses! Thank you in advance for supporting me!! Here I Go..................
